UNESCO City of Gastronomy Guest Chef Series: Stephanie Beyers

The San Antonio Botanical Garden Guest Chef Series is thrilled to partner with the SA City of Gastronomy Chef Ambassadors. From March 18 to April 11, all six Chef Ambassadors will take over our Outdoor Teaching Kitchen for live cooking demonstrations, sharing their stories and showcasing how they contribute to and preserve the rich culinary culture and legacy of San Antonio.

About the Guest Chef

With more than 9 years in the culinary industry, Chef Beyers is the chef and owner of Eat Chingon where she has earned praise for her bold, health-forward approach to Mexican cuisine. As a passionate educator, she leads culinary classes that champion health, sustainability, and inclusivity. In 2025, she was named Most Innovative Entrepreneur by EMPOWERED Community at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and became a semifinalist in the Greatest Baker Competition.
